If Epic Games is going to discontinue the Infinity Blade franchise due to them not making enough sustainable profits then they could at the very least allow a fan-made remaster to be made and sustained by a capable group of fans. The Infinity Blade PC Remaster was a non-profit fan project being developed using the free Infinity Blade assets that Epic Games themselves had put out on the UE 4 Marketplace along with the newly produced meshes and textures. The series has now been discontinued and abandoned for nearly 2 years since December 2018. While it can be argued that Epic Games owns the Inellectual Property of Infinity Blade, they have not released a new game in the franchise since September 2013 which was 7 years ago as of late, the last Content Update was released in 2014. Despite the fact that most of the assets were new and original assets not directly ripped from Infinity Blade's game files that were created by the fan developer. The reason as to why the Trilogy won't be coming back to the App Store is because the franchise isn't profitable to Epic anymore. Most Infinity Blade fans were saddened when the Infinity Blade Trilogy was taken off the App Store after 8 years of the franchise's history.
